Dharma and 3Vista showcased the much-anticipated real-time 3D visualization software
August 24th, 2005
It was a dramatic start to a dramatic presentation of 3Vista's collaborative software to over 120 industry professionals of builders, realtors, lawyers, manufacturers and real estate sales executives. As any after-work cocktail party starts, guests were mingling, enjoying the catered hors d'oeuvres and refreshments and eagerly awaiting the 3-D presentation.
The crowds were held in suspense as the presentation got underway and a blue screen appeared with white text saying: No Data. Under pressure now with the crowds beginning to whisper, the 3Vista technical crew got the software fully operational and were rewarded with a wave of applause and cheering! Once underway, guests were treated to a walk through Dharma Developments' Artiste model home in a virtual 3D tour, which resembled a highly sophistocated video game. Essentially, the software is built according to the architectural drawings exactly to scale, and then gaming graphics are applied to the architectural structure for business showase purposes.
