Our homes are built according to the high standards set by Tarion, Ontario's New Home Warranty Program. Each new home buyer will receive a complete package prior to move in. Dharma Developments is committed to honouring the terms of Tarion's Home Warranty Program.

The responsibility for warranty coverage is shared between Dharma Developments and the Tarion Home Warranty Program. Should a concern arise with any aspect of your new home, please refer to this warranty guide for information about coverage.
