The Steps We'll Take With You

1. Initial Consultation

2. Assessment of Project

  • - Discuss and analyze preliminary design details from your wish list;
  • - Review your top requirements and how the will shape the initial budget and time frame;
  • - Help you shape your choices and select features within your comfort level.
 

3. Design and Budget

  • - Budget is produced and agreed upon;
  • - Design is created;
  • - Meet with you to review and make small revisions;
  • - Final approval.
 

4. Approvals and Permits

  • - We take care of the minor variance approval submissions;
  • - Building permits are applied for with municipal government.
 

5. Construction

  • - From surveying, excavation and footings to roofing and interior finishes.
 

6. Title and Ownership

  • - Post delivery inspection;
  • - Client services

1. Real Estate

  • - Land acquisition and development or property assessment of customer owned land;
  • - Which means that we build your custom home on a property you own; OR
  • - We source property and acquire it on your behalf.
 

2. Design

  • - We'll source and retain an architect to complete design and drawings; OR
  • - We'll build from drawings already completed by your architect.
 

3. Construction

  • - Everything from servicing, surveying, excavation, footings and foundations to framing, roofing, siding, mechanical, trim, and interior finishes.
 

4. Project Management

  • - From Initial Consultation to Title and Ownership, we are here to help you move in on time and on budget;
  • - We can even offer project management exclusively to ensure budget and time management.
